Модель 5251/5351 - это одноканальный синтезатор сигналов с быстрой перестройкой частоты, который сочетает в себе лучшие в отрасли характеристики производительности, гибкости частоты и модуляции в автономном модульном продукте. Синхронизация от 1,5 Гц до 250 МГц и 16-битное вертикальное разрешение ЦАП обеспечивают испытательные стимулы, необходимые в предстоящие десятилетия. Он может использоваться в качестве генератора сигналов произвольной формы, модуляционного генератора, а также генератора функций и импульсов.
5251/5351 является разумной альтернативой генератору сигналов на основе GPIB при разработке тестовой системы на основе PXI или PCI. 5251/5351 обеспечивает синергетическую комбинацию генератора функций, синтезатора сигналов произвольной формы, программируемого секвенсора, генератора импульсов и генератора модуляции в одном приборе. 5251/5351 обеспечивает все это по более низкой цене, чем сопоставимые настольные приборы или инструменты на основе VXI.
